Our coliving is located in the city suburbs in a beautiful green area where you can also enjoy our big backyard. There are a lot of options of walking, running or light hiking near the coliving. And a lot of beautiful beaches...
OUR HISTORY
Since 2002 we have been owners of a great property located in “Mineral springs of Burgas” – satellite settlement, 15 km. away from city center. lide, and later Thermopolis, visited by patients from all over the Roman and later Ottoman empire, convinced in the healing power of the hot 41.5°C water. Our property was created during communism in 1954 near the old bath. Consist of 2 buildings and about 8000sq.m. park area, its purpose was to healing and to provide an salutary rest for communist workers, using a mineral water. During the 90’s the property was closed and have started to destroy.

We love food!!! And we are sure that you will enjoy the food in Burgas. There're plenty of options for people with all kind of diets. You will try also ours seasonable vegetables and fruits which we grow in the backyard
OUR ROOMS
Because we know that everybody has a different needs, we provide you different options to fit those needs: 4 double bedrooms with queen size bed 4 double bedrooms with two single beds 5 single bedrooms 5 private bathrooms and 3 shared bathrooms All rooms are light and comfortable. All furnishing were made by local producer or by ourselves.
PET FRIENDLY
We are pet friendly coliving. We love animals and we have two dogs and three cats. All of them are adopted and very friendly. You are welcome to visit us with your small friend.

We have a lot of common spaces: -wine room -beer and game room -dining room -yoga room -shared kitchen
